Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is highly creative, concept-driven, and execution-focused. This role requires someone who can independently generate fresh ideas, translate concepts into strong visual narratives, and deliver high-quality design across multiple platforms.
The role will oversee and mentor a small in-house design team, while closely with marketing, growth, and senior leadership. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, refined creative taste, and the ability to translate business objectives into a cohesive, visual content that supports Rostrum's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for digital and offline brand communication.
Lead design execution across marketing assets, social media, presentations, campaigns, and student-facing materials.
Bring fresh perspectives and innovative visual ideas aligned with brand goals.
Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions with minimal supervision.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while ensuring quality output.
Oversee all design output, including brand materials, marketing assets, student communications, presentations, and sales materials.
Key Skills And Compentencies
Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Hands-on experience in UI and UX design, including user journeys and interfaces.
Ability to take ownership from ideation to final execution
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience And Qualification
24 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
Experience working with premium, education, or service-led brands is preferred
A strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven and execution-ready work
Graduate from NIFT, NID, or other reputed design schools
