This role is for someone who understands branding beyond aesthetics. Someone who can decode a business problem and convert it into a clear visual identity, premium packaging, or a brand story that connects instantly.

Who we're looking for:

* Strong experience in branding, packaging design, typography, and identity systems

* Ability to lead concepts, guide junior designers, and maintain design quality

* Comfortable working on brand identity presentations, brand manuals, packaging structures, and social media visuals

* A designer who understands strategy, consumer psychology, and brand positioning

* Someone who takes ownership, manages deadlines, and works with a problem-solving mindset

* Experience with real estate, F&B, skincare, wellness, or FMCG branding is a bonus
