Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in creative design roles.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Creative Designer with 7-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands an individual who can understand project briefs and scopes, execute design outputs independently, and effectively collaborate with team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in design softwares (given below) and demonstrate proficiency in creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Independently interpret project briefs and scopes to deliver precise and empathetic design solutions.

Design Collaboration: Engage with creative teams, art directors, and leads to ensure design solutions align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Team Interaction: Attend meetings and respond to design queries from project managers, leads, and other team members.

Software knowledge: Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign for design projects. Working knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is advantageous.

Project Management: Familiarity with Jira and Workfront to manage and track project progress effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: A degree or diploma in visual design or multimedia design.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design techniques, typography, and a strong understanding of brand guidelines.

Soft Skills: Good English oral and written communication skills, collaboration, and time management abilities.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to generate creative solutions and effectively troubleshoot design challenges.
