About the role
We're looking for a Designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft. You'll help shape creative direction across campaigns, digital, print, and brand identity—bringing bold ideas to life from concept to execution. Working closely with strategists, copywriters, and account teams, you'll use both design expertise and AI-powered tools to create work that is original, impactful, and built to stand out.
What You'll Own
- Drive the visual identity and brand direction across campaigns, digital, and print.
- Translate strategy and insights into bold, original creative concepts, not just executions.
- Bring a modern, forward-thinking design sensibility that keeps the brand relevant and surprising.
- Leverage AI tools intelligently to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production without losing craft.
- Collaborate in real-time with strategists, copywriters, and account teams; your voice in the room matters.
- Raise the bar. If something feels average, say so. Then fix it.
- Own your output end-to-end - from concept to final delivery with impeccable attention to detail.
What You Bring
The Thinking Bit
- A genuine point of view - about design, advertising, culture, and what good looks like.
- The ability to hold a creative conversation, articulate ideas, and push back constructively.
- An understanding of modern advertising and how design functions within it, not just aesthetically, but strategically.
- Curiosity. You read things, watch things, notice things, and bring them into your work.
The Doing Bit
- 3.5 - 7 years of design experience, ideally in an agency environment on consumer or FMCG brands.
- Expert-level command of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Have a knowledge of video softwares like After Effects, Premiere so that you can collaborate with the editors/animators efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, magnific and similar tools) - not dipping a toe, actually using them.
- A portfolio that shows range: campaigns, digital, brand identity and most importantly, conceptual depth.
- Strong execution standards. Good enough doesn't live here.
You're Probably a Fit If...
- You've walked into a creative review and said I think we can do better and meant it.
- You think in campaigns, not just assets.
- You know the difference between trendy and timely.
- You've used an AI tool in the last month, not to replace your craft, but to sharpen it.
- You'd rather jam for an hour than spend a week working alone in silence.
This Role Is Not for You If...
- You prefer to wait for a brief before you start thinking.
- Feedback makes you defensive rather than better.
- You think AI is either a threat or a silver bullet.
- You're happy making things look nice without asking why.
If your portfolio is a collection of executions, keep scrolling. If it's a window into how you think — let's talk.
