Job Description

Role: Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our agency and take ownership of visual output across multiple client brands. You'll work across industries, juggle multiple briefs, and bring a level of craft and speed that only comes from real agency experience. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Design campaigns, social media creatives, brand collateral, packaging, and digital assets across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Translate client briefs and creative strategies into polished, on-brand visual work
  • Develop and evolve brand identity systems for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and clients to deliver cohesive creative output
  • Create adaptable templates and design systems that scale across platforms and formats
  • Art direct photoshoots, video content, and production work when needed
  • Present design concepts and defend creative decisions to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Mentor junior designers, review their work, and help raise the overall quality bar of the team
  • Manage your own timelines across multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Stay sharp on design trends, platform updates, and emerging visual formats

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a minimum of 1+ years in an agency environment (mandatory)
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates range across industries, formats, and brand identities
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and fast turnarounds without compromising quality
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, reels, stories, carousels)
  • Comfortable working with feedback loops, revisions, and collaborative creative processes
  • Strong communication skills, both with internal teams and client-facing

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience working with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or real estate brands
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
  • Photography or illustration as a secondary skill
