About the Role

We're looking for Senior Graphic Designers to work with our team, with a sharp eye for layout, storytelling, and detail. You'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through compelling presentations, infographics, brochures, books, and digital emailers.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines creative flair with precision — someone who understands how to make complex information visually engaging and beautifully structured.

What You'll Do

• Design presentations and pitch decks that are clear, visually striking, and on-brand.
• Create infographics and visual data storytelling pieces for reports and campaigns.
• Develop marketing and brand collateral such as brochures, emailers, and lookbooks.
• Work with design leads, brand strategists, and writers to ensure a consistent visual language across all outputs.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready assets with meticulous attention to typography, layout, and file accuracy.
• Collaborate within design systems in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign to maintain brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative studio, branding agency.
• Proven experience designing presentations, brochures, and information-heavy materials.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (Photoshop knowledge a plus).
• Excellent sense of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate ideas and data into visually engaging formats.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital layouts, motion graphics, or publication design.
• Familiarity with brand identity systems and creative storytelling.
• A refined visual taste — you know what makes design feel elevated and timeless.
