Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for leading visual design projects from concept to final delivery, including brand identity systems, packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets. Day-to-day work includes developing and refining design concepts, creating layouts and graphics, collaborating with marketing and strategy teams, and ensuring visual consistency across platforms. The role also involves staying current with design trends and translating brand stories into compelling visual experiences that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end visual solutions.
• Proficiency in Branding to create and evolve distinctive brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both print and digital mediums.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, illustrator (Indesign plus) or equivalent) and asset management workflows.
• Experience in leading design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently from a brief to final , export ready creative.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clear visual narratives and maintain design quality under deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food, or consumer brand sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with packaging and retail design. USA market exposure a strong plus.
• 2 - 3 years of experience designing for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) - Listing images, A+ content, infographics, Banners.
• Strong portfolio showing product photography editing, lifestyle image composition, and catalogue/listing image design.
• Ability to create and edit short-form product/marketing videos(Listing videos, ad creatives).
