About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate strategy into cohesive visual systems and lead creative execution across branding, packaging and media design projects. You'll mentor younger designers, guide creative direction and ensure the highest level of craft and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Translate strategy into visual systems and cohesive brand expressions.
• Execute designs for branding, packaging and media projects.
• Lead larger projects with assistance from Junior Designers or Strategists.
• Contribute ideas and inspiration during brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare presentation decks, mockups and artwork files for delivery.
• Participate in team critiques and respond constructively to feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials and new tools.
• Document process and maintain organised working files.
• Engage in continuous learning through workshops, tutorials or reading.
• Supervise junior designers and interns across multiple projects.
• Guide concept development and push creative ambition within the studio.
• Conduct critiques and mentor designers through constructive feedback.
• Review and approve final deliverables for accuracy and craft (QC).
• Manage time, priorities and delegation to maintain quality under deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience with B2C / D2C brands in branding, packaging design and/or digital media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to balance creativity with structure and strategic intent.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

Good to have:

• Proficiency in video editing / motion graphics design
• Experience with Art Direction / Production

Basics:

·       Studio Days: Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturdays

·       Studio Timings: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
