Role Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Graphic Designer (3 to 4 years of experience) with strong expertise in brand and marketing design.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has solid hands on experience executing campaigns

  • Has managed junior designers in some capacity

  • Has worked in stakeholder-facing environments

  • Can independently own projects end to end

  • Understands performance marketing without compromising brand integrity

This is not a UI or UX, product design, or industrial design role.

The selected candidate will report primarily to the Design Lead - BeBodywise and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Campaign AND Marketing Creative Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness to conversion)

  • Create high-performing Meta ads, Google display creatives, and website banners

  • Design marketplace creatives (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Develop product launch creatives and seasonal campaigns

  • Balance brand aesthetics with performance-driven thinking

Brand & Visual Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve BeBodywise's visual identity

  • Ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints

  • Uphold a clean, scientific, premium visual language

  • Translate business and product strategy into strong visual storytelling

Junior Designer Management (1 to 2 Designers)

  • Guide and mentor 1 to 2 junior designers

  • Provide constructive feedback and elevate execution quality

  • Review and refine work before stakeholder presentations

  • Support team productivity and creative standards

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing, copywriters, category managers, offline teams, and leadership

  • Present design solutions confidently

  • Translate briefs into structured visual approaches

  • Iterate efficiently based on feedback

Ownership & Accountability

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns and timelines

  • Work independently without constant supervision

  • Proactively suggest improvements and creative optimizations

Required Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in brand and marketing design

  • 1 to 2 years managing at least 1 to2 junior designers formal or informal

  • 1 to 2 years in a stakeholder-facing work environment

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:

Campaign thinking

Performance marketing creatives

Brand systems

Product-focused visual storytelling

  • Experience in D2C or consumer brands is a strong advantage

Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

  • Strong typography and layout skills

  • Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and product presentation

  • Ability to design for conversion (CTR-driven thinking)

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment

Major Bonus (High Preference)

Experience with Blender or other 3D software, including:

  • Realistic product renders

  • Strong lighting and material understanding

  • Photorealistic visualization skills

Note: 3D is a strong advantage only if you are fundamentally strong in brand and marketing design. We are not hiring pure 3D specialists.

This Role Is NOT For

  • UI/UX Designers looking to switch domains

  • Product Designers

  • Industrial Designers

  • Candidates whose portfolios are primarily app/web interfaces, dashboards, or wireframes

If your experience is predominantly digital product design, this role will not be the right fit.
