Job Description Senior Graphic DesignerRole SummaryThe Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality design creatives for real estate projects based on briefs shared by the marketing team. The role requires maintaining brand consistency, adhering to design standards, and delivering visually impactful creatives across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design creatives for brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, posters, and presentations
- Create digital creatives for social media, websites, and internal communication
- Ensure accuracy in layouts, dimensions, and print-ready files
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines and visual consistency across all designs
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and incorporate feedback
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior designers
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications- 58 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in real estate is preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory
- High attention to detail with strong execution skills
- Ability to work independently and perform under tight deadlines
