Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate brings not only a strong design portfolio but also a strategic mindset, leadership capability, and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing innovative visual solutions across digital and print platforms, while driving design excellence and team collaboration.



Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development: Design visually compelling assets for digital and print mediaincluding websites, brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, presentations, motion graphics, and packaging.

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow: Incorporate AI and generative design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, etc.) to boost creative output, ideation speed, and personalization in design deliverables.

Project Ownership: Take ownership of design projects from briefing to delivery. Define creative direction, oversee timelines and deliverables, and ensure consistent brand representation across touchpoints.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives and audience insights into effective visual storytelling and design systems.

Mentorship and Leadership: Provide feedback, training, and mentorship to junior designers and interns. Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.

Quality Assurance: Review all creative outputs for visual quality, alignment with brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and consistency before final delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence. Translate feedback into actionable iterations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, UX/UI designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to build cohesive, user-centered experiences across platforms.

Innovation and Exploration: Experiment with new visual styles, interaction patterns, formats, and technologies to push creative boundaries and elevate brand presence.

Design Systems Management: Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries to streamline future design work and ensure consistency.

Trend and Tech Scanning: Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools (especially in AI and automation), industry best practices, and competitor creative output.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement ways to improve creative workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and adopt new technologies that enhance efficiency and creativity.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on design experience in an agency or in-house creative role, with at least 12 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across brand identity, digital campaigns, print collateral, and AI-enhanced creative outputs.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Midjourney, etc.).

Design Expertise: Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and UX/UI fundamentals.

Creative Agility: Ability to quickly iterate, experiment, and adapt designs based on project objectives, audience insights, and stakeholder input.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and visual communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.

Leadership: Proven ability to mentor team members, manage design workflows, and uphold creative standards.
