Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs, create branding materials, design logos, and execute typography-focused projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the designer will ensure consistency in visual communication across all platforms and assist in establishing and refining the company's design standards and guidelines and a strong background in Real Estate and Marketing Agency projects. 

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for real estate marketing campaigns.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and branding materials.
• Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns and website promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams for campaign requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Handle photo editing, image retouching, and creative visualization.
• Work on project launches, advertisements, and promotional events.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Guide junior designers and support the creative team when required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and principles
• Experience in creating Logo Design and Branding materials
• Strong skills in Typography and working with design aesthetics
• Detail-oriented with excellent creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is advantageous
• Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience from Real-estate background and marketing Agency
