Job Summary: We're looking for a Graphic Designer/ Art Director to join the cult creative team and work closely with the fitness services business on new initiatives, upcoming products, and strategic launches. This is a role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and can turn early-stage ideas into compelling visual worlds and launch-ready design systems. You'll help shape how new offerings are imagined, packaged, presented, and brought to life across multiple touchpoints. From launch identities and experience collaterals to concept decks, branded assets, and pilot rollouts, your work will help define how new cult products and services are seen, understood, and experienced.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders across fitness services, marketing, product, and business teams to design for new initiatives and upcoming launches
● Translate early-stage ideas into clear, compelling visual systems that help shape and sell new concepts internally and externally
● Create launch identities, key visuals, branded assets, and storytelling frameworks for new products, pilots, and strategic initiatives
● Design across both digital and physical touchpoints including CRM, app/web surfaces, studio collaterals, signage, and launch/event assets
● Support concept development through mood boards, mock-ups, prototypes, presentation design, and visual storytelling
● Help define how new services and experiences should look, feel, and show up consistently across touchpoints
● Contribute to building a distinct and scalable visual language for emerging offerings within cult's fitness services ecosystem
● Stay closely tuned into design, consumer brands, fitness, wellness, and youth culture to bring freshness and relevance to the work
Qualifications and Skills:
● 1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand design, preferably in a consumer brand, startup, creative agency, or fast-moving brand environment
● A strong portfolio that demonstrates taste, versatility, and the ability to think across brand systems, launches, and storytelling
● Ability to work on 0→1 projects and bring structure to loosely defined briefs
● Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop)
● Working knowledge of Figma and comfort designing for digital platforms
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual identity systems
● Ability to move quickly, take feedback well, and iterate without losing clarity or craft
● Someone who is curious, self-driven, collaborative, and excited by building new things
● Strong visual instinct for what feels contemporary, premium, and culturally relevant
