Kline + Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team. This role demands a proactive mindset, quick execution, and a keen eye for design. If you have a solid background with Adobe Creative Suite and have proven experience crafting impactful presentations and pitch decks in PowerPoint, along with a passion for delivering high-quality visuals, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end graphic design deliverables across digital and print mediums - digital ads, motion graphics, event collateral, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and occasional print materials
- Design sophisticated, on-brand presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint
- Apply deep expertise in PowerPoint - utilizing shortcuts, tricks, and best practices to optimize presentation quality
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, Product and Advisory teams.
- Maintain exceptional responsiveness and meet tight deadlines with efficiency
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to video production and motion graphics projects (experience is a strong plus)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. A combination of relevant training and experience will also be considered. Prefer someone from management consulting industry background.
- 6+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house creative or marketing team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design with an emphasis on clarity, scalability, and storytelling
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), and PowerPoint. Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong plus.
