Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role involves managing the complete design lifecycle from understanding requirements to visualizing and executing creative solutions across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful visuals. You will play a key role in shaping brand communication and ensuring visual consistency across all media.
Key Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine creative requirements
- Conceptualize and develop visuals based on marketing and branding needs
- Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design assets
- Develop designs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing, and creative teams to deliver final designs
- Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various media
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements & Skills
- 47 years of proven experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
