Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gandhinagar. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and external creative partners, interpreting briefs, and translating business requirements into compelling visual solutions. The role involves developing logos, brand identities, and design systems, selecting appropriate typography and color palettes, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and participate in feedback and review cycles to refine and improve design outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating visual identities, brand systems, and style guides.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, readability, and type pairing in various formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, or freelance creatives is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
