About the Role:
Looking for a passionate Lead Graphic designer for our Design Team having great visualizing and thinking skills along with advanced skills on designing for digital platforms and print. We, being a political firm, are totally driven towards idea and concept making at the initial level and eventually ending up with ground-breaking works that sets a benchmark in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manages the social media designs by co-coordinating with the Digital communication and Marketing team.
- Collaborate with Content Team to get content ready along with giving feedback and suggestions on design templates and taking it further as a Branding.
- Having a professional command of graphic designing skills along with advanced knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of Logos, Brandings, Emailer, Collaterals, SM Creatives, and more.
- Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Reviewing junior designers work to ensure high quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Academic Certification in Design from premier institutes.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in designing interfaces.
Required Skills:
- Any design degree or diploma or equivalent qualifications having a professional set of work in the portfolio.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
- Handle job responsibilities independently without senior support and also act as a mentor for the team.
- Work closely with Stakeholders and Project Managers throughout the project life cycle.
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Plan and implement new designs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders. Good time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any degree or diploma in Design or equivalent qualifications having a professional set of work in the portfolio
- Need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
