WHO YOU ARE:

• Has proven full-time working experience of 2-3 years in graphic design.
• Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Has a data-driven mindset and is creative at heart.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate with contentcopy and account management teams to turn briefs into visually impactful creatives designs and creatives on assigned brands
• Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)
• Conceptualise and translate campaign ideas into strong visual directions, not just execution.
• Follow brand guidelines for each client, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
• Brainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teams
• Guide and support junior designers where required, helping maintain quality across the team.
• Ensure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brands
• Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality
