Job Purpose
You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories across platforms, bringing brands to life through design that connects, communicates, and converts. From decoding briefs to delivering scroll-stopping creatives, your work will play a key role in shaping how audiences experience our brands.
What You'll Do
Brand Understanding & Alignment
- Decode creative briefs to understand brand requirements, objectives, target audience, and context
- Translate brand voice, tone, and values into visually consistent and impactful designs
- Ensure every piece of artwork aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling principles
Design Creation
- Create static and dynamic design layouts for multiple formats including social media, emailers, digital campaigns, and more
- Deliver high-quality creatives that balance aesthetics, clarity, and performance
Research & Insight
- Stay on top of design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
- Research audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors to create relevant and effective designs
- Review performance insights and apply learnings to continuously elevate creative output
Time & Delivery
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting internal TATs
- Prioritize work effectively to ensure timely and consistent delivery
Operational Excellence
- Follow internal processes and documented SOPs to ensure smooth workflows and quality control
