Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise across video, motion, and

static creative formats to lead execution and creative direction for performance marketing and

brand storytelling.

In this role, you will own end-to-end creative output, work independently from brief to final

delivery, and lead a team of 34 designers. You will play a key role in ideation, execution,

quality control, and scaling high-performing creatives across paid social, email, web, and

lifecycle channels.

This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute hands-on, and mentor junior

designers while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ownership & Execution

Own design and video execution across paid social ads, email campaigns, landing

pages, website, and e-commerce assets

Design and edit high-performing static and video creatives for platforms including Meta,

Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email

Create motion graphics, product videos, explainers, UGC-style edits, and performance-

driven ad creatives

Translate marketing goals and performance insights into compelling visual concepts and

executions

Creative Strategy & Ideation

Lead ideation for new creative concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches for ads

and campaigns

Participate in creative strategy discussions for launches, promotions, and brand

initiatives

Proactively experiment with new formats, hooks, and visual trends to improve CTR,

engagement, and conversion

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and review the work of 34 designers, ensuring high creative quality and

consistency

Set design standards, workflows, and best practices for both static and video outputs

Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, product, and growth teams

Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects

Brand & Quality Control

Ensure all creatives are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with Fourth Frontier's tone of

voice and visual identity

Maintain consistency across formats, platforms, and geographies

Own final creative QA before assets go live

Required Skills & Qualifications

57 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion design, preferably

in D2C, health-tech, or consumer tech brands

Proven experience in handling and mentoring a small design team

Strong expertise in both static and video formats for paid ads and email marketing

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop,

Illustrator); Final Cut Pro is a plus

Strong understanding of performance marketing creativeshooks, pacing, thumbnails,

layouts, and CTAs

Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and brand systems

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight

timelines

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

A portfolio showcasing paid ads, video creatives, motion graphics, and static designs

Preferred Skills

Experience with UGC-style ad editing and performance-focused creative formats

Familiarity with email design best practices (layout, hierarchy, responsiveness)

Experience using Figma or similar design collaboration tools

Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design

Exposure to 2D animation, product animations, or basic 3D/product renders

Interest in health, fitness, sports performance, or wellness content

Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, editing, or asset generation
