We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate strategy into sharp, business-first visual storytelling. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who understands that great design in B2B and media environments is about clarity, credibility, and impact.
You'll work closely with Art Direction, Editorial, Marketing, and Production teams to execute high-quality visual assets across platforms. You'll also use AI tools to enhance ideation and speedwhile ensuring every output meets The Guild's high creative standards.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute visual assets across web, print, social, editorial, video, events, and brand communication
- Translate editorial and marketing briefs into clean, impactful visuals for B2B and business media audiences
- Maintain consistency with The Guild's brand guidelines while adapting designs across multiple formats
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Firefly, Runway, etc.) for ideation, visual exploration, and prototyping
- Support motion graphics, presentation decks, and video visuals in partnership with production teams
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ensure high attention to detail across typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design within B2B, media, digital publishing, or agency environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing business-focused design, editorial layouts, and campaign creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Figma are a plus
- Working knowledge of Gen-AI creative tools for concepting and visual experimentation
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, grids, and brand systems
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, professional visuals
- Strong execution skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and creative teams
Must-Have Domain Understanding
- Experience designing for B2B audiences, business media, or enterprise marketing
- Understanding of CXO-facing communication and executive storytelling through design
- This is not consumer-first designclarity, credibility, and restraint matter more than trends
