We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who combines creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to elevate our brand communication across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a deep understanding of branding, layout balance, and how design drives marketing results.
Key Responsibilities:-
Creative Direction & Design Execution
- Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives for print media brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop visually engaging content for digital and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including posts, carousels, reels, infographics, and ad campaigns.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all media and ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and digital teams to create cohesive, story-driven visual communication.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and guide the design team, review creative outputs, and provide constructive feedback to uphold design quality and timelines.
- Mentor junior designers to develop their technical and creative capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:-
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or creative studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Coral etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience managing a team and handling multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
