Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead and support the creative team in developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The role is ideal for someone who has strong agency experience, has led a team, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are based in Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and create designs for social media, digital ads, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and the creative director
• Implement feedback and revisions accurately and on time
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Prepare files for print and digital delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 junior designers
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency
• Have already led or managed a team of 3–4 designers
• Experience working on B2B clients or white goods brands is a must
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)
• Good visual sense and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of creative direction and brand guidelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D, or basic video editing
• Familiarity with social media design trends
• Experience in packaging, catalogue, or product design
