Senior Graphic Designer (4+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 4+ years

of experience who has strong expertise in both graphic design and video editing. The ideal

candidate must also have hands-on experience in print & fabrication execution, including

exhibition booth designs, stand creatives, and large-format branding executions.

This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can translate concepts into impactful designs

across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality creative designs for digital and offline marketing campaigns

Create engaging video content including editing, motion graphics, and promotional

videos

Design exhibition booths, stands, standee, and production creatives

Work on large-format print designs such as banners, hoardings, backdrops, and event

branding

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to execute campaigns

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication

Manage projects from concept to final production stage

Manage and guide a team of designers, overseeing project execution from concept to

final delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Advanced video editing skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve

Experience in motion graphics and animation

Hands-on experience in CorelDRAW for booth design, stand design, and fabrication

creatives.

Strong understanding of print production processes and material specifications

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in B2B market and exhibition or event marketing industry

Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender / 3ds Max / SketchUp) is an added advantage

Strong understanding of branding strategy
