Role Overview
We're looking for a senior-level Graphic Designer who lives and breathes digital-first brand design.
This role is for someone who understands design as a system, not just a collection of posts. Someone who has strong fundamentals, sharp taste, and the ability to translate ideas into world-class digital creatives across web, social, and campaigns while keeping brand consistency intact.
What You'll Work On
Digital & Brand Design (Primary Focus 70%)
- Social media creatives (organic + performance)
- Campaign visuals and key art
- Website and landing page visuals
- Digital brand assets and templates
- Visual systems for launches, drops, and campaigns
Brand Systems & Identity (1520%)
- Evolving and maintaining brand identity systems
- Typography systems, colour palettes, layout grids
- Ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Translating brand strategy into visual language
Print Awareness (Supporting Skill 510%)
- Posters, standees, studio signage, basic collateral
- Understanding print prep, formats, and specifications
- Coordinating with printers when required (not production-heavy)
What We're Looking For:-
Core Design Skills
- Strong command over typography, colour theory, composition, balance, and hierarchy
- Excellent eye for aesthetics and visual rhythm
- Ability to design for clarity, emotion, and impact
Experience & Exposure
- 59 years of experience in a reputed creative agency or design-led brand
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Digital campaigns
- Branding / identity work
- Diverse visual styles
- Experience working with retail, lifestyle, fashion, culture-led, or consumer brands.
Creative Thinking
- Can ideate not just execute
- Comfortable experimenting and pushing visual boundaries
- Able to translate abstract ideas into strong visual concepts
Tools & Modern Workflow
- Strong command of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable with new-gen tools & AI (Midjourney, Firefly, Figma, etc.)
- Uses tools to enhance thinking not replace fundamentals
Process & Ownership
- Process-driven and organised
- Can own projects end-to-end: brief concept execution delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Collaboration
- Works closely with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and videographers
- Can both give and receive constructive creative feedback
- Communicates ideas clearly and confidently
