We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, conceptual thinking, and execution excellence, along with the ability to guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns across social media, digital ads, and branding
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand strategy and marketing objectives
- Create high-quality creatives including:
Social media posts & campaigns
Performance marketing creatives
Website & landing page designs
Brand identity & pitch decks
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
- Mentor and review work of junior designers
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and platform best practices
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in an agency setup)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and digital creatives
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma / Adobe XD
4. Strong understanding of:
- Typography, color theory, and layout design
- Social media design trends
- Performance marketing creatives
5.Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
