Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in Google Retail Search and Elastic Search with a minimum of 5 years. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in implementing Enterprise Search solutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging data for strategic improvements. - Prior experience in developing scalable search architectures. - Familiarity with retail industry trends and search technology advancements. Good to have skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Springboot, Hibernate.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize Google Retail Search solutions to enhance user experience. - Implement and maintain Elastic Search capabilities to improve search accuracy and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise Search functionalities. - Analyze search data to drive improvements and ensure high-quality results. - Lead the design and execution of scalable search architectures.
