Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Google Adwords Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns for software to maximize the return on investment. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, campaign strategy development, optimizing ad performance, conducting data analysis, and reporting insights. Collaborating with internal teams and staying updated on Google Ads trends will be vital in driving success in this role.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns specifically for SaaS and business software products
Conduct advanced keyword research focused on high-intent B2B and SaaS search terms
Manage bidding strategies to maximize MQLs, SQLs, and demo bookings
Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance based on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion quality
Work closely with sales and product teams to align campaigns with real customer pain points and use cases
Implement conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization tailored for SaaS
Stay updated with Google Ads changes, automation trends, and SaaS marketing benchmarks
Requirements
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns exclusively for SaaS or business software companies (MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Conversion)
Expertise in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM integrations
Strong strategic thinking with a focus on scaling campaigns efficiently
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage
