Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager who can take full ownership of paid marketing performance.
This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for driving strategy, managing a team, and delivering consistent, high-quality patient leads for healthcare clients. You will handle both strategy and execution with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage the Google Ads team
- Set clear KPIs and track daily and weekly performance
- Conduct performance reviews and optimization discussions
- Ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
Strategy and Planning
- Build full-funnel paid marketing strategies for healthcare clients
- Plan campaigns based on services such as OPD, lab, and specialties
- Identify audience segments, keyword strategies, and targeting
- Allocate and optimize budgets for maximum ROI
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Create and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation (CPL, conversion rate)
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and targeting
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion performance
Lead Quality and Performance
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, conversion-ready leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality
- Identify funnel gaps and continuously optimize performance
Reporting and Insights
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor campaigns using analytics tools
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Skills and Requirements
Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager)
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Knowledge of landing page optimization
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Leadership and Core Skills
- Team handling and mentoring ability
- Strong decision-making and ownership mindset
- Clear communication and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads
- Understanding of lead funnel and conversion process
Experience Required
- 4–7 years in Google Ads or performance marketing
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads certification preferred
Salary (CTC)
- ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA
