Role Overview
The Senior General Practitioner (Technical Lead Projects) will provide medical leadership across multiple healthcare projects, ensuring clinical governance, quality assurance, and adherence to medical SOPs. The role involves guiding medical teams, overseeing compliance, and supporting specialized medical and oncology-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all medical SOPs and protocols across projects.
Oversee and support clinical compliance, audits, and QA processes.
Provide medical guidance and ensure standardization of clinical practices.
Lead training, mentoring, and professional development of medical staff.
Contribute to oncology and other specialized medical projects as required.

Deep understanding of medical practices, SOPs, and healthcare protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proven ability to train and monitor medical teams remotely.
Strong clinical judgment and documentation proficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical degree; specialization and/or master's degree preferred.
Experience: 810 years as a Senior GP or medical lead in multi-center operations.
Preferred Background: Experience leading medical teams and implementing clinical protocols.
