Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Indian GAAP, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate smooth audit processes by coordinating with internal and external auditors.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with finance teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on financial regulations and legislation affecting the company.

  • Requirements
  • Mandatory Selection Criteria:
  • M.Com/MBA Finance Preferably
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2) in a listed company.
  • Extensive experience in consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and MIS.
  • Hands-on experience with SEBI compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and serving as a strategic business partner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a family-owned Indian company is preferred.
