Role Description

The Senior General Dentist will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through clinical expertise and thorough communication. Responsibilities include performing general dental treatments, conducting dental examinations, diagnosing oral health conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and fostering a comfortable and transparent environment for patients. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including pain management and preventive care
• Strong diagnostic skills, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
• Effective communication and patient relationship management skills
• Commitment to upholding strict sterilization and OSHA safety protocols
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of dental specialists
• BDS OR MDS degree from an accredited institution
• Valid dental license and certifications required in the state of Tamil Nadu
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates
• Commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices
