Senior GEN AI engineer

Overview: We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures, along with relevant GCP certifications.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using GCP services. Build and optimize LLM-based applications (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines). Implement end-to-end ML pipelines using GCP tools such as Vertex AI. Develop scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems on GCP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Ensure model performance, reliability, and security in production environments. Apply best practices for cloud security, data governance, and compliance. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). Experience with Vertex AI, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

GCP Certifications (Any one or more) GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer GCP Cloud Engineer GCP Generative AI Leader GCP Cloud Security Engineer Good to Have: Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on GCP. Exposure to cloud security best practices and IAM configurations. Experience leading AI projects or client-facing discussions.
