Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Review and sign off on NAVs and financial statements for Private Equity (PE) and Hybrid Funds (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Record journal entries, process payments, prepare investor notices, and deliver various client reports
Review and release capital call and distribution notices
Handle fund migration and conversions between accounting platforms like eFront, Investran, and Geneva
Onboard new funds and investors, ensuring platform configurations and reporting templates are set up
Liaise with onshore teams, auditors, and clients to ensure timely audits, compliance, and report delivery
Implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
Develop customized reports in Investran/eFront and handle client-specific ad hoc requests

Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) and Hybrid Funds
Hands-on experience with Investran, eFront, and Macro-enabled workbooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles, fund accounting, and financial statement preparation
Familiarity with bank debt and loan instruments
Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with global stakeholders
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CA, or CMA
