We're Hiring: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant (Pre-Sales + Delivery)

Experience: 10–14 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Odoo / ERP consulting)

Point Perfect Technology Solutions is looking for a highly experienced, client-facing Senior Odoo Functional Consultant who can independently drive pre-sales engagements, solution consulting, and end-to-end functional delivery of Odoo ERP implementations across global client environments.
This is a strategic role bridging Sales, Clients, and Delivery Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Lead requirement discovery workshops with prospects
- Deliver impactful Odoo product demonstrations
- Prepare solution proposals, estimations & scope documents
- Support closure of opportunities with the sales team
- Handle client objections, negotiations & solution positioning
Functional Consulting & Delivery
- Gather & document BRD / FRD
- Map requirements to standard Odoo or custom solutions
- Drive complete implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate with Odoo technical teams
- Manage UAT validation & client sign-offs
- Ensure quality & timely delivery
Client Management
- Act as primary functional SPOC
- Conduct stakeholder review meetings
- Manage scope changes & expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction & retention
Process & Documentation
- Functional specifications
- Implementation documentation
- SOPs & user manuals
- Structured delivery execution (Agile / Waterfall)
