Job Description: Yardi Investment Management Consultant (Voyager / Elevate)

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Remote

Experience: Overall 5+ years (including minimum 3+ years in Yardi Investment Management module)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Yardi Investment Management Consultant with overall 5+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager Investment Management and/or Yardi Elevate modules. The candidate will support implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of investment and fund structures for global real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional expertise in Yardi Investment Management modules including Investment Manager, Investor Portal, Performance Analytics (Elevate), Ownership & Entity Management, and Waterfall calculations.

- Participate in implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure fund structures, ownership hierarchies, investor allocations, capital commitments, and distributions.

- Support waterfall calculations and investor reporting requirements (IRR, equity multiples, NAV).

- Work with clients to align system configurations with investment management business processes.

- Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and reporting.

- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Overall 5+ years of experience in Yardi Voyager.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Yardi Investment Management module and/or Yardi Elevate.

- Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, investor lifecycle, and fund accounting.

- Experience in implementation or support projects.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with global clients (US / EMEA / APAC).

- Exposure to Yardi Elevate analytics and dashboards.

- Knowledge of SQL or Yardi reporting tools.

- Background in real estate private equity or investment firms.

- Ability to work in multiple shifts.
