Role Summary
Senior consultant with strong techno-functional expertise across:
- Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
- Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
- Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M)
- Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management
- SGG (Smart Grid Gateway)
- SOM (Service Order Management)
Responsible for solution design, configuration, development, and integration across the utility meter-to-cash and asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Configure billing, metering, and asset/work management processes
- Develop/customize using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (BOs, algorithms, service scripts)
- Design integrations (REST/SOAP) and handle data migration
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production issues
- Lead design discussions and mentor junior team members
Core Skills
- Java, SQL/PLSQL, XML, Groovy
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities architecture & workflows
- Experience with Oracle Database
- Utility domain: billing, meter data (VEE), asset/work management
Experience
- 7–10+ years in Oracle Utilities
- Hands-on in CC&B + exposure to MDM and/or WAM
- Multiple end-to-end implementation projects
