Lead development of scalable web applications with expertise across UI, backend, and database layers. Drive performance, quality, and mentorship within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance front-end modules using React.js
Develop RESTful APIs & microservices using Node.js
Perform PostgreSQL database design, complex queries & tuning
Ensure performance, scalability & secure coding practices
Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews
Collaborate across product & engineering teams for delivery
Skills & Tools Required
React.js, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3
Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Microservices
PostgreSQL, Query Optimization, DB Schema Design
CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker (added advantage)
Cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
Testing frameworks: Jest / Mocha / Cypress desirable
Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology
