Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in system

architecture, product development, and front-end/back-end technologies. The ideal

candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has experience building scalable,

high-impact products, and can take ownership of technical decisions across the stack.

In this role, you will architect and develop cloud-native web applications, mentor team

members, and ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of dynamic, responsive web

applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, and React Router.

Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure backend

systems using Python and Django.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver

high-quality software.

Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team.

Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services (EC2, S3,

Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance, scalability, and

reliability.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end and backend technologies and

frameworks.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software development experience across full stack.

Strong proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and

modern frontend tools.

Experience with Python and Django for backend development.

Strong architectural skills: designing distributed systems, APIs, and

microservices.

Proven startup experience or ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic

environments.

Product development experience: building, scaling, or owning critical features of

live products.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GraphQL and Next.js.

Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled-components or Emotion.

Knowledge of UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra

UI.

Experience working with cloud-native infrastructure and serverless

deployments.

Experience with LLM integration (1+ year) is a plus.
