We're seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineerto design, develop, and optimize web applications that drive our healthcare platform. You'll work across the stack from elegant, responsive front-end experiences to efficient, scalable backend systems and play a key role in shaping the future of digital healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deployfull-stack web applicationsusingReact,.NET Core (C#), and modern frameworks.
• Design and maintainrobust data layers, including relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server,MongoDB).
• Develop and optimizedatabase objects (stored procedures, indexes, and queries) ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate withproduct managersanddesign teamsto translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
• Implement, secure, and optimizeRESTful APIsandmicroserviceshosted onMicrosoft Azure.
• Build and manageCI/CD pipelinesand automated deployments usingAzure DevOps.
• ManageAzure servicessuch asApp Service, Containers,Functions,Key Vault,Storage Accounts,Service Bus, andApplication Insights.
• Optimize front-end and back-end performance forscalability, reliability,andmaintainability.
• Writeclean, well-structured,andtestable codefollowing industry best practices.
• Participate inarchitecture planning, code reviews, andcontinuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of professional experienceas a full stack or software engineer.
• Strong proficiency inC#,.NET 6/7, andASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience buildingsecure REST APIswithJWT,OAuth2, andAPI versioning.
• Experience designing and implementingmicroservicesanddomain-driven architectures.
• Strong skills inReact,JavaScript/TypeScript,HTML/CSS.
• Strong database expertise:
• SQL Server stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• MongoDB (NoSQL) schema design, aggregation pipelines, data modeling, and query performance.
• Experience integratingrelational and NoSQL datain distributed architectures.
• Practical experience withAzure ServicesandAzure DevOps Pipelines, or equivalentCI/CD tooling.
• Solid understanding ofcloud architecture,API integrations, andsecurity best practices.
• Excellentcommunication,collaboration, andproblem-solvingskills.
• Ability to thrive in aremote,fast-paced, andagileenvironment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
