Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services.
You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards
- Contribute to architecture design
- Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency
- Collaborate on product shaping and delivery
- Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture
- Mentor other engineers and champion best practices within the team
- Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy roles
- Strong expertise in Java + Spring ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- Experience building and scaling production systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulated environments
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana or Prometheus
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
