Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us and make critical contributions to our product development efforts. You will work closely with our Product, Data Science & Data Engineering teams to build and deploy multiple AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of our product by actively participating in brainstorming, coding, testing, and debugging activities aligned with company goals
• Own the end-to-end development of our web applications — from inception to production deployment
• Build and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS to deliver fast, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
• Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, enabling robust product functionality, AI integrations, and efficient data workflows
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features, third-party APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data-driven product capabilities
• Implement robust testing practices using tools such as Pytest, Playwright, Jest, and Cypress to ensure code quality and reliability
• Set up and manage observability stacks using logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and PostHog.
• Own deployment and infrastructure workflows using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Vercel, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Work with databases and caching systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases for scalable application performance
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship features quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to building a world-class engineering culture and team
• As per candidate inclination, the candidate can also contribute to the AI system build itself - including building LLM workflows, Agents or data pipelines for AI applications

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development or software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack or similar technologies
• Ability to develop and deploy complex frontend and backend logic to production
• Familiarity with web security best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
• Interest or experience in building AI agents, LLM-based workflows, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A resourceful, self-driven engineer who thrives in an early-stage, fast-changing, and ambiguous environment

This is a full-time onsite role from our office located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru
