Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Full Stack Engineer role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. You will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, contributing to both front-end interfaces and back-end services for AI-driven products and enterprise solutions. Day to day, you will implement responsive user interfaces, build and optimize APIs, integrate AI services, and ensure reliable data flows between system components. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and ML engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, improving performance and security, and helping refine the engineering toolchain and best practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Software Development
• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features from design to deployment.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UIs.
• Solid Back-End Web Development experience, including RESTful API design, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Understanding of system design, scalability, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior work with AI/ML products, data pipelines, or MLOps is a plus.
