Senior Full Stack Developer

At Virtuos, we're looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer / Development Lead to join our growing engineering team and build scalable enterprise applications for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services using Java or Node.js.
• Design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to build efficient data solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.

Required Skills

We're looking for candidates with strong experience in:

• React.js (Angular or Vue.js experience is a plus)
• Java and/or Node.js
• REST APIs (GraphQL is an advantage)
• SQL databases (NoSQL knowledge preferred)
• AWS Cloud
• CI/CD tools and practices
• Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-grade web applications.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Serverless Architecture, or DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
