Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Python, Backend Development, DevOps, and Database technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications using AWS, while building responsive front-end applications with React and robust backend services using Python, Node.js, and MongoDB. The role requires a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud database management to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage responsive front-end applications using React and robust back-end services using Python, Node.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend architecture and database design.
• Leverage AWS to build scalable cloud-native applications with integrated CI/CD, hosting, authentication, and monitoring.
• Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and other relevant AWS services.
• Develop, optimize, and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS, ensuring high availability, performance, and data security.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, deployment automation, monitoring, logging, and release management.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and reusable code following industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical mentoring, and drive continuous improvements across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Proficiency in React, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) frameworks.
• Strong experience in backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design and performance optimization.
• Experience designing serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and related services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including infrastructure automation, deployment strategies, monitoring, and cloud operations. (Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
