About the Role:

You're not here to write code, you're here to design systems that think. As a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-First), you'll own end-to-end delivery of intelligent, scalable applications. You'll translate high-level product ideas into real systems that learn, automate, and adapt. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder, using AI-assisted development, LLM-driven automation, and low-code accelerators to compress build time and amplify output. If you're the kind of developer who uses AI as a co-pilot, a vibe coder who happens to be a developer, experiments with prompt chaining, and loves bending tools like Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs into new shapes then this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & ship a full-stack, cloud-native platform that manages deals, submissions, offers, and advances powered by embedded AI.
• Collaborate with the Founder to turn product intent into working, scalable reality.
• Integrate AI pipelines (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to automate data analysis, decisioning, and workflow triggers.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding to accelerate iteration and maintain high-velocity delivery.
• Bridge design and code through Figma MCP, generating UI components dynamically.
• Design & optimize PostgreSQL databases with an eye for performance and future scale.
• Own CI/CD & deployment workflows using Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, and modern DevOps stacks.
• Experiment fast prototype in hours, iterate in days, scale in weeks.
• Maintain clear documentation and decision logs through GitHub and Linear.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of full stack engineering experience building SaaS or workflow-heavy products.

Mastery of Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.

Deep experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and API performance.

Exposure to serverless, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.

Strong comfort with AI APIs, AI-assisted coding, and low-code augmentation.

Clear, thoughtful communication and product-first engineering instincts.

The ability to own architecture, justify decisions, and ship autonomously.
