We are looking for a skilled Full Stack development Lead to lead our web development projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with creative problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver high-performing, visually stunning digital experiences.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to build responsive, scalable, and user-centric websites and web applications while maintaining high code quality and development standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of full-stack developers in building and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Review code, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience of minimum 5+ Years as a Full Stack Developer or Engineering Lead.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend practices.
- Solid backend experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Experience designing and managing scalable cloud deployments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for clean code, performance, and developer productivity.
