Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / React)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / React) to design and develop scalable backend services using Python (3.x) and FastAPI, along with responsive and modern React.js front-end applications. The role involves building and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions, with opportunities to explore and contribute to AI-driven and agent-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services in Python (3.x) with FastAPI
• Create responsive, modern React.js frontends
• Design & consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams
• Explore AI workflows / agent-based features (nice-to-have)

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 46 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (Python / React)

Technical Skills

• Strong experience building full-stack applications
• Expertise in Python and React.js
• Experience with SQL databases, MongoDB, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Selenium, pytest/unittest)
• Solution-oriented mindset with ownership, problem-solving, and curiosity

Good to Have

• Exposure to Agentic AI / LLMs
• Experience with MCP / AI agent frameworks (LangChain, MAF, mem0, etc.)
• Data handling with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or PySpark

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer

Additional / Other Skills

• Strong knowledge of system design principles and scalable application architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and production deployments
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization for development and release workflows
• Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
