Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js who can design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications end to end. You'll work closely with frontend, backend, DevOps, and design teams to develop new features, improve UI/UX, and deliver seamless, scalable experiences across desktop and mobile.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning features from backend architecture to pixel-perfect frontend execution, thrives on performance optimization, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Node.js and React.js with TypeScript.

Build responsive, user-centric interfaces and scalable backend services.

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

Develop and integrate REST APIs and WebSockets for authentication, data flow, and real-time features.

Architect and maintain backend services using Node.js, Lambda-based services, and API Gateway.

Ensure performance optimization across frontend and backend (TTFB, CLS, LCP, API latency).

Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.

Build and manage deployment pipelines using AWS services (CloudFront, S3, CI/CD).

Write reusable, maintainable, and testable code following best practices (hooks, contexts, reducers, service layers).

Troubleshoot production issues across the stack and drive long-term performance improvements.

Contribute to system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Stay up to date with emerging full stack technologies, tooling, and performance practices.

Requirements

5+ years of professional full stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and integrations.

Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous systems.

Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudFront, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and Amplify.

Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

High attention to detail with a passion for clean, readable, and well-structured code.

Ability to work independently, own features end-to-end, and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Vite, Node.js frameworks, and backend architecture patterns.

Familiarity with AWS Cognito, serverless design, and cloud-native deployments.

Experience with UI animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) or interactive UI patterns.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, backend testing).

Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization.

Prior experience working on high-traffic or real-time applications is a plus.
