Senior Full-Stack Developer Fintech/Neo-Banking Platform

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer & Founding Team Member, you will architect, build & scale our end-to-end fintech platform from scratch.

Core Responsibilities

Design microservices architecture for banking platform Build web portals (admin, retailer, customer dashboards) Develop React Native mobile apps (iOS/Android) Integrate 30+ banking APIs NPCI, AePS, BBPS, UPI, IDFC, Fino, NSDL Implement real-time transaction engine (10,000+ TPS)

Design cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP & Kubernetes Build secure wallet + multi-level commission engine Implement fraud detection, PCI DSS & RBI compliance Create AI/ML features (analytics, spend insights, prediction)

Tech Stack You'll Work With

Frontend: React 18+, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Redux Toolkit Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) OR Java Spring Boot OR Go, Kafka/RabbitMQ Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, Elasticsearch Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus Security: JWT, OAuth2.0, AES-256, TLS 1.3, HSM, API Gateway Fintech Services: UPI, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, KYC/AML, NPCI APIs

Required Skills (Must-Have)

710 years of full-stack development experience Strong backend expertise in Node.js / Java / Go PostgreSQL & Redis mastery Microservices + API Gateway + Message Queues React + TypeScript proficiency React Native mobile app experience Fintech/Banking domain knowledge AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI Cloud deployment using AWS/GCP + Kubernetes Security-first mindset PCI DSS / RBI guidelines
